Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • If your cruise cannot dock due to weather or you cannot take the tour due to weather 100% refund is extended within 7 days that tour was meant to take place.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the start date of the experience.

Pricing & Inclusions/Exclusions

  • Prices listed on the website are per person, unless otherwise specified.
  • Price quotations are subject to change without notice, until a booking has been confirmed.
  • Prices do not include tips/gratuities to tour drivers or local guides; and any beverages or food not specifically listed in the itinerary as being include in the price.
  • NOTE: 10% is recommended gratuity and courtesy in Chile.
